We collect you from Rovaniemi Airport or Kittilä Airport and take you to your cabin, hotel or other accommodation in Lapland. Share the accommodation address, flight details, luggage and children’s ages so your host can confirm the route, timing, suitable restraints, availability and final group quote. An optional forest welcome is agreed for the route and weather.
Terms & weather
Indicative €300–€550 per private group of 1–4 guests, including VAT, depending on the route and destination. We collect you from Rovaniemi Airport or Kittilä Airport and take you to your accommodation in Finnish Lapland. Pickup, destination address, flight time and a fixed group quote are agreed before booking; routes and availability are confirmed individually. Journey time and any optional forest-fire welcome stop depend on your route and weather. Journeys are weather-monitored and subject to safe road conditions; severe weather or closures may require changes, rebooking or cancellation. Capacity is subject to registered seating, suitable child restraints, payload and luggage.
We review the weather hourly. If it threatens the enjoyment or quality of your experience, choose to rebook or cancel before departure for a 100% refund, including your deposit. If we cannot deliver an enjoyable outing, we rebook or refund in full. Outings proceed only when safe and after an informed discussion.
The 30% no-aurora refund applies only to the standalone Aurora Evening.
Booking & preparation
Dates, suitability, luggage, child restraints and dietary needs are reviewed personally. A 25% deposit secures your confirmed date; the 75% balance is due seven days before departure. Book within seven days and pay in full.

Which airports can you collect us from?
We offer personally arranged arrivals from Rovaniemi Airport and Kittilä Airport to your cabin, hotel or other accommodation in Finnish Lapland. Send the full destination address with your enquiry so we can confirm the route and availability.
Is the displayed price a fixed fare?
The displayed range is an indicative private group price, including VAT. Your final fixed quote depends on the route and destination and is agreed before booking, together with flight timing, luggage and any child restraints.
How much luggage can we bring?
Luggage capacity must be confirmed for your party and the actual vehicle setup. Include the number and size of bags, any large equipment and every child’s age in your enquiry. The maximum of four guests remains subject to registered seating, restraints, payload and luggage.
Does every arrival include a forest stop?
The forest welcome is optional and agreed for your route and the weather. Journey time is route-dependent. We monitor road conditions; severe weather or closures may require a change, rebooking or cancellation. The service is not a promise of travel in every condition.
